T2RL Offer-Order-Settle-Deliver Status Report

This report is part of T2RL’s series of updates on the progress of modernising airline sales and fulfilment technology. The focus has been on IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order initiatives, but recently there has been a greater emphasis on the more fundamental realignment of commercial processes in line with OOSD or Modern Airline Retailing.
